At the other side of the deck, in an alcove around the structure on the right are two pairs of grenades. Return to the start of the level and climb up into one of the open windowed areas. There's a small body of water underneath, with a couple of nasty barracudas in it, but when you jump in you can climb out quickly onto a low square area on the left. You can get them from there with your pistols.
Make your way up and over the rocks until you come to the stern key at the far right. Pick it up, then dive back into the water and follow the underwater passage on the left. Climb out and kill the goon that attacks you there. Drop down and go to the right, taking out a flame-thrower in the next alcove on the right, then carry on ahead and left until you come to some puzzle boxes.
These have to be moved in a way that allows you to access the stern. As you stand facing them, the left box needs to be pushed once towards the other boxes. Then climb on top of it and push the top box once. Then go back and pull the first box back once, climb over it, roll, then push it. You can now turn around and pull the middle-bottom box back once to reveal the entrance to the stern (screenshot). Pick up the flares from in front of it and open the door with the key you picked up.
Below you is a body of water...swim down and to the right, and there is a lever on the right wall as you turn the first corner. Pull it to open a trapdoor somewhere. Go back the way you came, back to the ledge where you dropped the flame-thrower. There's another baddie lurking around, so get rid of him and take his shotgun shells. Note that when I shot him he fell on a slope and I couldn't pick up the ammo! On that same ledge is a trapdoor...step on it to fall down into a narrow passage. Follow it to climb a ladder through the trapdoor you just opened and pull the lever inside to drain the water in the stern.
Go back to the stern area and find a box you can pull out twice to reveal an opening. Follow the path behind it to an underground lake with an inflatable raft floating on it. Swim forward and to the left to climb out on a ledge with some boxes and a bad guy...kill him, taking care not to get in the way of the two frogmen shooting at you. You can probably get them from where you are.
Walk around the boxes and pick up the two sets of Uzi clips from the ground. At the other end of the ledge are some climable rocks...cross them until you come to a kind of stone bridge. In the water below, among some plants, is the Silver Dragon (screenshot). Pick it up and look for a very small opening under the bridge...swim through, taking care to avoid the barracuda, and then climb out when you can to kill it.
Follow the passage in the cave there...a thug with a shotgun will try to intercept you, but you can take care of him and pick up the shotgun shells he drops, before continuing. Keep going until you come to a large medipack next to a small opening in the ground. You need to make sure Lara's health is at maximum as the next drop is a killer otherwise! Safety drop through the opening and pick up the cabin key and the harpoons lying around.
You have disturbed two sharks, so get rid of them before making your way back over to the first ledge with the boxes. Climb over the rocks again and jump over to the cave entrance on the left, or swim there. Either way, you will probably encounter another shark.
Follow the path as if you were going back to the opening with the long drop. However, this time, before you get to the opening in the floor, look out for a turning on the left where you will find a climbable ledge. Then you have a long climb upwards over rocks and through caves until you reach a place near the top deck. Cross to it and go straight ahead through the narrow passage to take out two baddies. One with a shotgun appeared from behind me, and the other one with a club climbed up through the depression in the floor at the end of the passage. He drops flares. The second depression in the floor (to the right) holds two pairs of grenades (screenshot).
Keep going to the end of the deck...on the level below, near the pool, is a guy with a flame-thrower...hopefully you can get him from there. Also, two armed baddies will appear from the left of the level you are on, so deal with them all before descending to the pool area*. Kill the barracuda in the pool, then look for a lighter area on one of the pool walls. This is a door that opens when you swim toward it, but it also lets out an angry frogman...climb out and deal with him before jumping back in for the Gold Dragon behind the door.
At one end of the pool deck is an alcove with some Uzi clips, and there's also two sets of M-16 clips behind a movable box at the other end, so get these before you continue. Still on that level, walk to the left side and try to get the thug on the deck below...he has a gun, so take care. Now go to the other side (right), climb down to the next level, then from the sticky-out bit facing the rocks, run and jump to the flat rock ahead (screenshot). Walk to the end, then run, jump and grab over to the lighter rock opposite, and take a look to the right. You will see something very interesting there, but you'll have to wait a bit before you go for it...be patient!
Walk to the highest part of the rock you are on, facing the overturned hull ahead (screenshot), then run and jump across to it. Go toward the propeller in the far right corner, where you'll see a flat, metal ledge. To the right of this and in the hull wall below is a crevice...stand just above the crevice and turn around so you're facing the ship, then drop and grab the edge. Let go and immediately press action to grab the crevice below (screenshot). You can then shimmy left and pull up at the end.
Turn left to face the cave...you can run and jump across to this, just landing inside the entrance. Follow the passage until you come to a series of flat ledges on a slope. You can navigate these by doing standing jump across to each one. At the top you will be attacked by two goons with wrenches, so be prepared! When they're down, pick up the large medipack that one of them drops and follow the cave passageway right to the end.
Ahead is the top deck (again) of the ship...run, jump and grab to it and pull yourself up. Run to the far left corner and face the rusted hull (screenshot). Run and jump over the the roof and drop down through the trapdoor. Take care of the thug with the wrench, and pick up some two sets of automatic pistol clips from an alcove near by. Carry on through the passage to the exit door, but before you go through it, pull out the movable box on the right, then pull it to the side. Inside the alcove it was in is a switch...throw it to open a door elsewhere.
Run outside, to the left, then around the left corner, and take out a shooter. Pick up the two sets of automatic pistol clips he drops then turn around and go back the way you came. Run past the open door and round to the right...keep going until you find the door that you just opened with the switch. Inside and to the left are two sets of M-16 clips...pick them up then use the cabin key to open the door at the other end.
Inside the floor is cracked and will break away as soon as you step on it. There is a solid piece of floor in the far left corner, so run down one side of the cracked floor to reach it, then flip the switch you find there. This opens a door opposite the one that you just came from. Flip the switch, then run back across the part of the floor that's left to exit the room...kill the thug with the wrench, then turn left and left again right at the end to get to the other door you just opened. It's on the right wall, opposite the doorway in which the movable box is.
Inside are some stairs...go up them, then turn left at the top and enter another cave. Follow the path until you come to some high blocks...climb up on the low one ahead, then turn around to face the one opposite (screenshot). Jump and grab to it, pull up, turn around and run and jump to the ledge opposite. In the floor is an opening...safety drop down and pick up the storage key from the top of the hull.
Slide down the hull on the right side, and drop down onto the deck below, and then to the deck with the pool. From there, drop down to the next deck on the right side, and make your way back to where you can jump across to the light, flat block before the upturned, rusty hull (screenshot). From there, you should be able to shoot two flame-throwers down below...you may need you M-16 to target them. If you don't see them, drop and grab the edge of the block you are on, then pull back up...this should draw them out.
Turn to face the cave on the right, and run, jump and grab the crevice to the left of the broken glass (screenshot). Shimmy right, then pull up and WALK through the broken glass to pick up the Jade Dragon, along with four pairs of grenades. To get back down, walk through the glass to the edge and jump forward (Lara will probably take some damage) to the ground. Run straight ahead and make your way to the far right corner of the deck, then run and jump from there to the sloped side of the rusty hull...here you will slide to the ground (screenshot).
Run around to the right, past the pool of water and the propeller, until you come to a locked door on the left-hand side. Use the storage key to open the door and pick up the Seraph in the left corner to end the level.
