In this, the original Tomb Raider game, we have our first introduction to Lara Croft - beautiful, rich, talented and very tough, she swept onto the scene and became an immediate sensation. Tomb Raider sees our heroine facing down mummies, bad guys (and gals!), hostile creatures of all descriptions and mutants. She travels the globe and goes from place to place, each more atmospheric than the last.
At the bottom of most of the levels, I've uploaded a PC savegame file with all kills, pickups and secrets. As I did this when I was creating the actual walkthrough, the level times will not be fast and the saves will be many! Each save will begin at the very end of the level. For example, for the 'Caves' save file, just load the game and walk forward to end the level.
The save game files go into the Tomb Raider folder, wherever you have it installed:
Steam: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamLibrary\Games\steamapps\common\Tomb Raider (I)
GOG: C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Tomb Raider 1\TOMBRAID
PC: Look for a folder called 'TOMBRAID', under the game installation folder.
Yours may be in a different place, but this is usually where you can install save game files. Please read the 'readme.txt' file included with each save file download, as there are 2 versions in each, depending on whether or not you have installed this patch. Please read this post for more information.
Although PC users can save the game whenever they want, I'll point out all save crystals for the PlayStation version.
