Unlocking the special features:

After completing the Bolivia Redux level, the Cheat Codes sub-menu is accessible by selecting Extras, Special, Cheat Codes from the main menu.

For the PS2 game, you need to complete the game before entering the codes:

Hold L1 then press L2, X, Circle, X, Triangle, R1

Beat Bolivia Time Trial, then Hold L1 then press Square, Circle, X, L2, R1, Triangle
